Media Forms
The communications team is trying to collect info about Athletes that they want to share on Social Media
They have created an online so Athletes can provide this info if they are interested.  This is not mandatory, so only if you want to participate, and you only need to provide as much information as you would like, you don't need to answer all the questions. the photo is required.

Perry's Update for the Week...

Sweatpants:

- New style will be at the Sport Yukon office for athletes to check sizing on Mon-Wed, Feb 19-21.  Order deadline will be Wednesday, Feb 21 by 4:30.

Immunizations:

- Whitehorse Health Clinic will be offering a drop in for AWG participants to get updated on all their immunizations and Flu shots on Friday Mar 2

Menu/Food Services:

- The cafeteria for Ft Smith will be off site from both schools and located at the community college cafeteria.There will only be seating for about 200 participants, so we will need to allow sufficient time for meals, in case there is a wait when the athletes arrive at the cafeteria

Here is a copy of the current Menu plan for the week.  Ingredients lists will be available for those with dietary concerns.  Additional information will be made available later for those athletes with special dietary needs.  Click here for   Athlete Activities happening outside of skiing.

Sweatpants update....

The quality/style of the sweatpants was not acceptable.  A new style has been ordered to get samples.  They will arrive next week.

Sport Yukon will let us know when you can go in a try on.

Order deadline has been extended to Feb 19th.

Reminders:

1) Raffle tickets due in to Sport Yukon by Feb 16th

2) CCY will pay for all athlete, coach, mission registration fees by the Feb 28th deadline.  After the games, CCY will invoice each athlete for registration, waxes, coach/mission fees, and any misc. costs at the games.  If you sold raffle tickets, that amount will be deducted from the invoice you will receive after the games.
