- MAR 2... Immunization clinic between 1pm-4pm at the public health clinic on Quartz Road
-Monday March 5- mandatory athlete meeting. 5:30 in Race Office. Athletes only.
- Uniforms will be sorted (by Mission Staff) on Mar 10 and I will deliver them to Whitehorse athletes after practice on Mar 13th.
If they do not make it to practice, they can contact me to arrange a
time to get the uniform. I will bring Nationals athletes uniforms to Ft
Smith and distribute once you arrive.
- MAR 15 ... Pep Rally starts at 6pm at the Yukon Arts Centre
We will be departing Whitehorse on Mar 16 at 3pm, please arrive by 1pm to allow time for check in, since we will have equipment as well
- There will be a light snack provided on the flight and To Go Box meal upon arrival in Ft Smith
We will be returning from Hay River, after he closing ceremony. Departing Hay River on Mar 24th at 6pm, with an estimated arrival in Whitehorse at 6:45pm
- There will be a few extra seats for parents at a cost of $400. also extra seats on the flight departing Whitehorse at 8:45pm on Mar 16. Reminder that accommodations in Ft Smith are limited.
